Questions

Are texts from my contacts filtered?

No. iOS only gives filters the texts from senders who aren't in your contacts. iMessage isn't filtered either.

Where do sorted texts go?

In Messages, the Filters menu at the top left has Junk, Promotions and Transactions folders.

An important text went to the wrong folder.

Press and hold it, tap Report and pick the right type. Add the sender to Rules › Always show in NoNudge so it never gets sorted again.

Spam landed in my inbox.

Copy the text, paste it into NoNudge's Report tab and pick its type. The examples you send are used to train the next model. If a sender or word keeps coming back, add it to Rules › Always junk.

The filter stopped working after a while.

If Settings › Apps › App Store › Offload Unused Apps is on, iOS may remove NoNudge when you haven't opened it in a while, and the filter stops with it. Turn that setting off, or keep the weekly summary notification on. Re-downloading the app brings the filter back.

I never want to see promotions.

In NoNudge, turn on Settings › Treat promotions as junk.

Do you read my messages?

No. Everything happens on your phone. See the privacy policy.
